Aero IT provides IT support services, including WiFi and mesh system installations, computer repairs, virus removal, and general technical assistance for residential customers. All services will be delivered to the best of our professional ability.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payment must be made via accepted methods (e.g. bank transfer, cash, or other agreed-upon methods).
- Any missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Liability
While we take care with all work, Aero IT is not liable for:
- Damage caused by pre-existing hardware or software faults
- Data loss (please back up important files before any repair or service)
- Third-party equipment or services outside of our control
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and work already completed.
5. Website Usage
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access it maliciously, or copy any content without permission. All content is owned by Aero IT and may not be reproduced without our consent.
6. Changes to Terms
Aero IT reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
